A warm welcome to Stingray Class from Miss Fay and Miss Phillips.

P.E. days

Our PE days are Monday and Wednesday. Please send your children to school wearing their PE clothes on these two days.

Upcoming events

We continue to try and be as open, supportive and welcoming to parents and carers as possible. As part of this ethos, we hold numerous events for parents and carers throughout the school year but you may wish to note these ones:

2:30pm to 3:10pm on Monday 16^th September – Year 5 and 6 parents and carers are invited to come into school to find out more about the summer residential trip to Lymley Wood.

2:30pm to 3:10pm on Friday 11^th October – All parents and carers are invited to come into school to learn about e-safety.

3:15pm to 4:00pm on Tuesday 15^th October – All parents and carers are invited to come into your child’s class to see what the children have been learning about, meet the teacher and to find out more about the autumn curriculum and enrichment activities. It will be a great opportunity to celebrate the children’s learning so far.

Planned trips

We have an information session about our residential trip to Lymley Wood. Please come along to find out more.

The children will enjoy a trip to Jubilee library on Friday 11th October.

Last year, the class took part in the 'Wind games' workshop for lower KS2 and the children were invited back to a follow up workshop, 'Plan and design your own windfarm', which has been designed for upper KS2 and builds on from the knowledge the class gained last year. As a result, we have a return trip planned to the Rampion Windfarm on Wednesday 2nd October.

Provisional sports events and selection

We have a proud tradition of entering sports teams in events and participating in sports festivals. We will put the dates of upcoming events here.
